Fort Gibson Auto Show History
Established in 1994, the Fort Gibson Historic Auto Show has become a cherished tradition in Oklahoma’s oldest town. Celebrating its 31st annual event, the show coincides with Fort Gibson’s 200th anniversary, highlighting the town’s rich history and community spirit. Our mission is to bring together car enthusiasts and families for a weekend of fun, nostalgia, and appreciation for automotive craftsmanship. The event not only showcases stunning vehicles but also fosters community engagement and tourism in Fort Gibson.

Burnout and Loud Pipes Contest hosted by Town of Fort Gibson kicks off Friday at 6PM (the day before the car show) followed by Cruisin’ the Fort at 8PM.
Burnout and Loud Pipes Contest
Experience the thrill of roaring engines and screeching tires at our Friday night contest. Event kicks off at 6PM. Cost to compete: $10.
Cruisin' The Fort
Join us for a nostalgic cruise through historic Fort Gibson on Friday evening at 8PM – just like we used to do in the 80’s and 90’s. Free to event goers.
