Education

Fort Gibson is home to one of the premier schools in the state, consistently scoring above average on state tests and offers a well rounded athletic program. Fort Gibson Public Schools is known statewide for its academic and athletic accomplishments. NORTHEASTERN STATE UNIVERSITY

Northeastern State University is a four year university in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, offering 69 undergraduate degrees, 13 pre-professional programs in 5 colleges. NSU is also home to the only College of Optometry in the state of Oklahoma.

 

BACONE COLLEGE

Bacone college is located in Muskogee, Oklahoma offering 2 year and 4 year degree programs. Bacone College has colleges of Arts and Sciences, Education, Business, Information Technology, Health Sciences, General Studies and Adult Education. Bacone has a diverse student population and provides a complete higher education program.

 

CONNORS STATE COLLEGE

Connors State College is located in Warner, OK with a satellite campus in Muskogee. Connors offers both bachelors and associate degrees in wide variety of studies.

 

 

INDIAN CAPITAL TECHNOLOGY CENTER

Indian Capital Technology Center (ICTC) District No. 4 is a technical school dedicated to preparing youth and adults to become productive and economically efficient in our society. ICTC was established to serve secondary students, post-secondary students, adults in upgrading skills, on-the-job trainees, and business & industry.
